Orders with Énielle® are placed exclusively online. You may find your desired product listed in our menu and subsequently follow the steps of the checkout process.

For the time being we only accept PayPal. PayPal allows you to complete your payment by either logging in (if you have a PayPal account) or simply proceeding to pay with your card by clicking on the “Pay With Card” link right below the login section.

At the moment, Énielle® ships to:
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
EU
UK
USA
If you opt to create an account, your log-in credentials will be valid only on that e-shop.
We aim to send out your order within 48 hours. Transit time depends on your location and is usually in the following ranges: Switzerland: 1 day
EU: 1-5 days
UK: 1-2 days
USA: 4-10 days

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement of any product that you have purchased from Énielle® if:

a) you have a change of heart within 14 days of receiving your order (provided that the product is still sealed and unused); or

b) you have received a faulty item.

If you wish to return your order, you have two options depending on whether you are an account-holder or guest of enielle.com:


a) If you have an account with enielle.com


Please log in to your account and proceed to the “My Orders” section on the top left. By selecting the desired order, a button will appear with a “Return” indication. Please fill out the required information and attach an image of your product in its current state*. We will contact you immediately with instructions. Product returns with Énielle® are free of charge.


*Please keep in mind that in the event the product return we receive is different to the picture, we may not be able to issue a refund or proceed with a replacement.


b) If you made your purchase as a guest


If you don’t have an account with enielle.com or have lost access, please email us with the following information at orders@enielle.com to start the return process:


a) Your full name


b) Your email address


c) Your order number


d) The reason for returning the product


e) A picture of the current state of the product*
